you ask,
we answer
-
we have a water bottle refill station, ample free parking (and we’re very close to a bus terminal), and changing rooms. for now we don’t have showers
-
more fine print! please arrive five to ten minutes early for your class. we lock the doors seven minutes after class starts to minimize disruption. if you’re running late, call to let us know so we can save you a spot near the door and so we don’t offer your spot to someone on the waitlist (we do this at start time). no-shows will have the class deducted from their class pack or be charged a $15 fee if on a membership. you can avoid this by cancelling at least two hours before class starts. we don’t love these rules either, but we have to do it to make sure everyone can enjoy the classes they want

we offer discounts for tk-12 public school educators and full-time high school and college students. email us for details

possibly! we are often fully staffed, especially for teachers. but we’re always looking to connect with talented, friendly people. send your resume (and for teaching roles, a 15-min sample video if you have one) and we’ll get in touch if there’s an opening

we hope you never leave <3 …but we know life happens </3
if you have to cancel your membership, we require 30 days written notice via email. if you signed up for a six- or twelve-month commitment and have to leave sooner, we’ll issue a one-time charge at time of cancellation topping you up to the monthly rate for however long you were here. if you paid for a (half) year up front, you got an amazing deal! sooo, we can’t pro-rate or refund - sorry! if you are injured, reach out to us and let us know your circumstance and we’ll issue a one-time courtesy pause
we’re a local, family owned and operated business. we appreciate your support and are so grateful to have you as part of our community
