Welcome to SOL Hot Yoga, a welcoming and vibrant wellness community in Scotts Valley, California. We offer dozens of hot and unheated Yoga, Pilates, Barre, and Strength classes weekly to help you feel and be your very best. Whether you're looking to stretch, strengthen, ground, tone, or breathe, we're here to help and want to make your time on the mat one of the best parts of your day. We strive to create a welcoming, community-forward environment to support and motivate.​

We offer an extensive schedule, thoughtfully designed to meet all of your wellness and lifestyle needs. Whether you're a total beginner or decades into your practice, we are confident we have something you'll love.

Most classes are all levels (apart from the more advanced 75- and 90-minute 26&2). If you don't know where to start, our top recommendations for beginners are 60-minute 26&2, gentle yoga, or any class in the ambient room.​

26&2 | 103 °  The original hot yoga series. 26 postures & two breath exercises. This beautiful heated sequence is designed to promote  strength, flexibility, focus, and cardiovascular health. Offered as a 60-, 75-, or 90-minute class. If new to yoga, we recommend working your way up from a shorter to a longer class.

Yin | 90 ° , unheated (residual warmth from prior class), or ambient temp This gentle, relaxing class involves holding poses for a longer time (from one to three, and even up to five minutes!). This targets connective tissue, increasing flexibility and joint mobility. Relax into the poses, connect your mind and body, and release stress.

Power Yoga | 98 ° or ambient temp Flow through poses smoothly in sync with your breath. Each class is carefully thought out to provide steady stretching movement. Power yoga (aka vinyasa, flow) can improve muscle tone, enhance balance and stability, and increase endurance, flexibility, and cardiovascular health

Yoga Sculpt | 103 °  The original hot yoga series. 26 postures & two breath exercises. This beautiful heated sequence is designed to promote  strength, flexibility, focus, and cardiovascular health. Offered as a 60-, 75-, or 90-minute class. If new to yoga, we recommend working your way up from a shorter to a longer class.

Gentle Yoga | Warm Residual Heat or Ambient temp | Gentle Yoga flow is the perfect addition to your day!  Gentle yoga poses combined with purposeful, mindful breathing exercises make this feel-good class helpful to relieve stress and find mental clarity, relaxation, and peace.  Enjoy!

Pilates  | 97 ° or ambient temp | With a strong focus on the core, Pilates works major muscle groups to build enhanced stability, posture, proper breathing, control, and flexibility. This dynamic class uses tools including balls, Pilates rings, resistance bands as well as your own body weight to maximize your workout.

Barre Sculpt | 97° or ambient temp | A masterful blend of yoga, ballet, strength training, and Pilates exercises. Our Hot Barre Sculpt classes deliver effective body-changing results in a low impact format that target, activate, and sculpt every muscle in your body.

Cardio Core | 97 °  or ambient temp | Interval training combining both cardio and core work.  Expect cardio bursts while building dynamic core strength and toning. A chance to sculpt lean muscle and elevate your heart rate!

the fine print: please be mindful that we are a local, family business. it brings us joy to provide you excellent classes and a beautiful space at some of the lowest prices in town. to do this, we have to enforce the following policies

  • the new student special is only for county residents who have never taken a class at SOL before. out of town and returning clients (even if it's been a while), please check out our other high value offerings! trial period begins after your first class and cannot be paused or extended for any reason​

  • if signing up for a six-or twelve-month auto-draft, you are making a commitment and we are giving you a special rate. so, we cannot cancel these memberships until your minimum commitment is over. if you foresee a move or other change in circumstances, our month-to-month is also an excellent value! at the end of your minimum commitment, your membership will continue on a month-to-month basis until you notify us of your intent to cancel. we require at least 14 days' notice before your next monthly cycle

  • annual and semi-annual memberships - similarly, you are making a commitment and getting a killer deal. these cannot be refunded or pro-rated for any reason
