Our classes are designed to welcome people at all levels and are available hot or unheated. We have something for everyone and can't wait to see you on the mat at 230-D Mt Herman Road!

We offer a wide range of classes seven days a week. Classes are 45, 60, 75, or 90 minutes in length and are offered morning, afternoon, and evening - so there's something for everyone's schedule! You can sign up for classes on the calendar widget on this page or on the Mindbody app.

We are proud to offer a wide variety of classes - from gentle yin yoga to high-intensity barre sculpt. Our classes are curated to meet every fitness and lifestyle need and are taught with love. 26/2 yoga
The original hot yoga series consists of 26 postures with two breathing exercises. This beautiful heated sequence is designed to support the entire body including muscles, joints, organs, and glands. It promotes health, strength, and flexibility while facilitating sweat and detox. This class will challenge your cardiovascular system while deepening your concentration and focus.
hiit pilates fusion
A powerful fusion of pilates principles, high intensity interval training, and yoga stretches to tone the muscles, deliver cardiovascular benefits, help with weight management, and improve flexibility. Pilates elongates, tones, and strengthens the core and musculoskeletal system. HIIT is scientifically proven to produce EPOC (excess post-exercise oxygen consumption).
yoga fusion
Set to fun music, this heated class consists of yoga poses flowing together smoothly in synchronization with your breath. Each class is carefully thought out by the instructor to provide steady, constant stretching movement. Vinyasa flow can strengthen the cardiovascular system, improve muscle tone, enhance balance and stability, and increase endurance and flexibility.
pilates
Hot pilates has everything: the heated room, pilates principles, high-intensity intervals, and beautiful yoga stretches. This powerful and fun workout will help you build strength and endurance while having a great time.
yin yoga
This slow, gentle, and relaxing class involves holding the poses for a longer time (from one to three, and even up to five minutes!) while using blankets, bolsters, and blocks. This targets and lengthens connective tissues such as fascia, tendons, and ligaments – increasing flexibility and joint mobility. Relax into the poses, connect with your mind and body, and release stress.
yoga sculpt
Tone and sculpt from the inside out. With thoughtful incorporation of light hand weights and traditional yoga poses this empowering class is masterfully blended to provide a total body workout and sculpt and tone all major muscle groups. Create lean muscle mass and fire up your metabolism!
barre sculpt
A masterful blend of yoga, ballet, strength training and Pilates exercises. Our Hot Barre Sculpt classes deliver effective body-changing results in a low impact format that target, activate and sculpt every muscle in your body.
cardio core
Interval training combining both cardio and core work. Expect cardio bursts while building dynamic core strength and toning. A chance to share our energy and elevate your heart rate!
